About Us

Miranda Carmona, co-founder of Desert Blue, is a 25-year veteran of the denim industry. She started as an in-demand model, both on the runway and print. Launched for Spring 2007, Desert Blue takes an international approach to women's designer denim.

Fabrics are developed in Italy and they are the latest innovations in denim with consideration to weight, stretch, strength and softness. Laser-cut pocket treatments are produced in Paris and the 5 process wash was developed by the creative director in Los Angeles.

Desert Blue, a designer denim collection is made for the contemporary women - clean, sexy, modern with fabulous fit and well-defined finishing touches.
